When someone takes a trip, then he not only has something to tell about. He or she also needs stations along the way for rest, to think about what has been seen and experienced, to find new strength for the next stages. And he will also want to find souvenirs of his trip for himself and for those to whom he is returning.
The Benedictine monastery on Mount Zion wishes to take into account these wishes. And so we maintain a monastery store and a coffee shop for pilgrims and tourists:

In our monastery store we offer especially things produced by our brothers and our collaborators: CDs with religious music, picture books and photo calendars, hand-decorated candles and incense from our own workshop. In addition you will find guide books, picture books and postcards and especially local products such as things carved from olive wood from Bethlehem and embroidery from Palestinian workshops, and much more that may serve to remind you of your Holy Land tour.
